Cottage. C17. Square-panelled timber framing with brick infill, some random squared and dressed limestone infill; right gable end coursed squared and dressed limestone; concrete tile roof; red brick stack. 'T'-shaped plan. 1½ storeys. Roadside front with gable projecting forwards to left. C20 three-light casement to the ground floor of the main body; C20 three-light eaves dormer with weatherboarded gable at the eaves. C20 three-light casement to the ground floor; single-light and 3-light casement to the above. C20 plank door lower right. Interior not inspected.
