Detached house. Late C17; late C18 or early C19 additions. Coursed rubble limestone, red brick to rear outshut; concrete block rebuilt chimneys; Welsh slate roof. Four-storey, built against road at north end; 2-storey outshut to rear. West front: three- window fenestration to lower 3 storeys, all cross windows with stone mullions and leaded iron casements, one above doorway now blocked; combining hood moulds. Top floor is later addition with three 2-light chamfered mullioned leaded casements and blocked oval window to left. Central doorway with 4-panel door and C19 ashlar porch addition with Tudor arch and openwork bargeboards. Gable end chimneys. South end: single-window fenestration to original range as to front; 12-pane sashes to side of outshut. North end: upper 2 floors have plank doors with timber lintels, the lower giving street-level access directly into building. Interior not inspected. Probably built as a clothiers' or mill manager's house, later adapted for partial warehousing.
