Description
Brendan House is a detached house built around 1830. It features an ashlar limestone front with coursed rubble on the sides and rear, along with ashlar chimneys and a stone slate roof. The building is two stories high with an attic. The front has three windows, all of which are 12-pane sashes set in plain openings. There is a central doorway with a four-panel door and a Regency-style iron porch topped with a tent hood. The house has two 20th-century gabled roof dormers that contain small-paned casements. The gable ends have chimneys with moulded caps, and there is off-centre sash fenestration at the ends. The interior has not been inspected.
