Description

The Pill Monument is a chest tomb located about 2 meters from the east window in the churchyard of the Church of All Saints. It commemorates John Pill, who died in 1781. The monument is made of limestone and features a flat top with a moulded plinth and capping on the base. The ends are designed in the shape of lyres, with an urn on the east side and an hourglass on the west side. There is an eared rectangular panel on the south side and a moulded rectangle on the north side.
