Description

Brand Oak is a house dating from the early to mid-19th century. It is built with a rendered facade, lined to resemble ashlar, with prominent pilaster strips at the ends. The roof is covered in pantiles and features overhanging eaves supported by brackets. There are two storeys, with three bays arranged symmetrically. Each bay contains a sash window with 16 panes of glazing bar. The central entrance has a lozenge-panelled door, sheltered by a flat stone hood resting on brackets.
