Description
Porch House is a semi-detached house dating from the 18th century, with a small late 17th century wing on the right. The main structure is rendered and features a double Roman tile roof, while the right-hand wing has a concrete tile roof and brick stacks. The main range consists of a single range with a rear outshut, and it is two storeys high with an attic. It has three windows, which are twin 20th-century casements. On the ground floor, there is a tongue and groove plank door to the left, a three-light casement window, a small canted bay, and a large gabled projecting porch with a tongue and groove door. The house has two gabled dormers, each with twin casements. The small wing to the right extends to the back and has a cross gable at the front, with one storey and an attic. This wing features a two-light window in the attic and a leaded three-light window on the ground floor. The right-hand return is made of rubble stone and has two and three-light stone mullion windows.
