Description

These are a group of five early 19th-century buildings located at numbers 10 to 14 Westward Road. They are constructed of ashlar and have pitched slate roofs with ashlar chimneys. The buildings are three storeys high. The ground floor is horizontally rusticated, with a plain string course above. A moulded eaves cornice and blocking course run along the top. Each building has five ranges of double-hung sash windows with glazing bars; the ground-floor windows are set into plain recessed panels. Each has a six-panel door within a plain recessed panel surround, surmounted by a semi-circular fanlight with moulding in the spandrels. Numbers 2 to 14 form a group with Kingsley Cottage, Jasmin Villas and Henley House, located on Paganhill Lane.
