Description

No. 19 Woodmancote is a house in a row, built in the mid-18th century and remodelled around 1830. It features random and coursed rubble limestone that was originally rendered, a brick parapet, and brick chimneys. The roof is a replacement tile. The house is two-storey with an attic and has a rear wing.

The front of the house has a two-window arrangement. There are two single-storey bow windows, each with a 12-pane front and 8-pane flanking sashes. The central doorway is topped with a projecting pitched porch hood and has a glazed door. On the upper floor, there are two 12-pane sash windows, each with a timber lintel, alternating with blocked window positions. The house has a plain parapet and a ridge-mounted brick chimney. The rear of the property is not accessible for inspection.
