Description

This description covers a group of two chest tombs located in the churchyard, approximately 3 meters north of the north transept of the Church of the Holy Trinity in Minchinhampton. These tombs date from the early to mid-18th century and are made of limestone. The group consists of one tall chest tomb that features a central pilaster dividing the side panels, and a lower chest tomb that has fielded panels with moulded strips on the end returns, along with a thick cyma moulded top and base. The inscriptions on the tombs are illegible.
