Description
A group of four unidentified memorials located in St Mary's Churchyard, dating from the 18th century, are made of limestone. They are arranged in a roughly north-south line, positioned between approximately 130 feet and 90 feet north of the church's west door. The inscriptions and dates on these memorials are no longer legible.
Item A is a chest tomb with bolster ends and a cavetto base, situated about 130 feet from the door. Item B is an upright chest tomb featuring corners with quarter balusters and embellished frames for the lettering panels, located about 120 feet from the door. Item C is a chest tomb with scroll ends and a cyma base, found about 115 feet from the door. Item D is a chest tomb with quarter balusters and a cavetto base, positioned about 90 feet from the door.
