Description

The Dorney Monument is a chest tomb located about 6 meters southwest of the south porch in the churchyard of the Church of All Saints. It dates from the late 18th century and is made of limestone. The tomb features a flat top with a moulded plinth and capping, which has additional moulding along the top edge. The corners are adorned with quarter balusters, while the recessed end panels are rectangular with cusped and rounded tops and bottoms. The sides display double moulded rectangular panels with eared outer moulding. At the time of the survey in December 1984, the monument was partially overgrown.
