Description
The outbuilding to the north of Atcombe Court is a former weaving house dating from the mid-18th century. It is constructed from coursed rubble limestone and features an ashlar chimney and a stone slate roof. The building is two stories high.
On the front, there is chamfered mullioned casement fenestration, with three 3-light windows on the ground floor, except for the leftmost window, which is a 4-light. The upper floor has two 3-light windows. At the north end, there is a gable-mounted ashlar chimney with a moulded cap. The south side has doorways with timber lintels, one of which leads to a blocked upper floor doorway made of brick. There is also a 2-light casement window in the attic and a gable-mounted stone sundial above. The upper floor doorway on the west side is accessed by brick and stone steps. The interior has not been inspected. This outbuilding is located to the north of Atcombe Court.
