Description
No. 12 Pitt Street is a house dating from the late 18th century, with alterations made in the mid-20th century. It is constructed of brick with stuccoed fronts and features an end-gabled tiled roof and a brick chimney stack. The building has a double-depth layout and stands two storeys tall. The front is symmetrical, with an offset plinth and a coped parapet. On the ground floor, there is a central entrance doorway that contains a fielded six-panel door set within a recess, which has timber-lined jambs and a moulded timber head with a shallow timber hoodboard above. Flanking the doorway are two modern two-light casement windows, likely made of metal. The first floor has three similar casement windows. The interior has not been inspected.
