The former offices at Flour Mills Colliery, built around the 1830s, are now disused. The building is constructed of rubblestone with brick dressings and features a slate roof. It is a single-storey structure that is elevated by four steps from the yard to the north. The façade includes three cambered twin casement windows and a door to the right. There is a brick chimney located at the rear. This building is part of a group of colliery structures and is included for its group value with the Engine House.
