Description

The Lawn is a former house that has been converted into a guest house. It dates from the early 19th century and features rendered walls that are painted, along with a slate roof. The building has an L-shaped plan and a symmetrical front with three windows, rising to two stories. The front has a black painted plinth and a central entrance door that is six panels with flush lower panels and upper scalloped corners to fielded centres, framed with beading. The porch is supported by wrought-iron corner brackets and has iron balcony rails. The windows are four-pane wide sashes, and there are brick gable chimneys integrated within the building's envelope.
