Description

This is a terrace of three early 19th-century cottages located on Newnham Road. The buildings are constructed of squared and coursed stone with a Welsh slate roof. The terrace has a broad front, a narrow span, and a rear extension with a swept-down roof to the rightmost cottage. The front elevation features two, two, and three windows respectively. The two-windowed cottages have 2-light casement windows, while the three-windowed cottage has sash windows with glazing bars. Each cottage has a door with a raised panel moulding and a 4-pane transom light, sheltered by a segmental hood supported on brackets. Replacement windows are present on the rear elevation.
