Description

Church Cottage is a corner cottage located on the east side of Lechlade Market Place. It dates from the mid-18th century and is constructed of rubble stone, which is painted at the front, with a concrete tile roof and a truncated brick stack on the right side. The cottage has a double range and stands two storeys tall. On the first floor, there is one 16-pane sash window, while the ground floor features a longer and narrower 12-pane sash window, both set within flush stone surrounds. To the left, there is a 20th-century timber door that is topped with a semi-circular soffit and a radial fanlight.
