Description

SEZINCOTE - SP 13 SE 4/104 Hans Hill Farmhouse Sezincote Estate II Former farmhouse now house. Late C17 with slightly later extension and C19 lean-to, not of special interest. Limestone rubble, limestone slate roof, brick stack. Rectangular plan. Facade from rear; 2 storeys, irregular fenestration 1 and 3-light double-chamfered stone-mullioned casements with stopped hoods to main body and later extension. Tudor arched door (now blocked) flat gable coping with roll-cross saddle at right end, left gable end stack. Steeply pitched roof heightened in 1920s but still reflecting former pitch. Interior: moulded stops to spine beam supporting first floor.
