Description
This group of five monuments is located in the churchyard approximately 6 meters south of the chancel of the Church of St John the Baptist. Dating from the late 17th century to the mid-18th century, the group consists of two chest tombs and three headstones made of limestone. One chest tomb features corner balusters and is inscribed to Sabina Lambert, who died in 1741. The other chest tomb has fielded inscription panels dedicated to Anthony Lambert, with the date of death partially obscured. Among the headstones, two have pedimented tops with oval inscription panels surrounded by symbols of death, while one headstone displays a bold Baroque pediment and a wreathed inscription panel.
