Description

The Round House is a round tower, believed to have been a windmill or possibly a folly, dating from the late 18th century. It features castellated architecture with battered rubble stone walls, two plat bands, and an overhanging castellated parapet. The tower has stone openings with cambered heads, which are scattered across three levels. At the time of the survey in July 1985, the structure was semi-derelict.
