Description
The animal shelter located to the south-east of the barns at Church Farm is a Grade II listed building, likely dating from the late 18th century. It features rubble stone walling on the east side and has a stone slate roof, while the west side is covered with a corrugated roof. Originally, the structure had nine open bays on the west, supported by coursed rubble cylindrical pillars, but these have since been partially filled in with windows, doors, or partitioning. The east side shows some rubble infill in certain bays and includes three small two-light casement windows. The two end bays to the north are covered in shingles, and one bay towards the south has an open garage entrance. The east side maintains the character of the original building.
