Description

A former barn, stables, and cartsheds, now a row of five houses, located in Eastleach and Turville. The building largely dates to the late 18th and early 19th centuries, with later 20th-century alterations. It is constructed of random rubble limestone, with a stone slate roof. The structure comprises a long barn and stable range with return wings at each end. The main barn range features several inserted casement windows with timber lintels, extensive glazing within former barn doorways, gabled porches on the south side, and lean-to porches to the north. The former cartshed range has glazing recessed behind west-facing openings. Despite its conversion to domestic use, the building retains much of its original architectural quality.
