Description
No. 45 Eastleach is a detached house, likely built in the 18th century, with significant restoration work carried out in the 19th and 20th centuries. The building is constructed from random rubble limestone and features ashlar chimneys and a stone slate roof. It is two stories high and has a rear outshut. The front of the house has a two-window arrangement, with all windows being small-paned timber casements that have timber lintels. There is a central doorway with a timber lintel and a 20th-century glazed door. The house has two chimneys on the ridge, which have plain caps, and the rear outshut has a catslide roof. The interior has not been inspected. This building is included for its group value.
