North east front of barn in random coursed rubble stone, remainder in roughcast or render, with restored rubble stone coach house adjoining on south west corner, stone slate roof, stone and rendered end stacks to late C18 range. Double range, with 2 storeys. This and other stone elements thought to come from ruins of Horsley Priory, scattered inserted fenestration above. Rear string course visible inside later wing. Interior has some chamfered beams and scored stone cheeks to large fireplace surrounded by infill at time of survey (March 1986).
