Description
R and L Holts Post Office is a former service wing to Paxton House, built around the 1830s. The building is two storeys high and constructed of rubble, set back from the villa with its ridge aligned with the villa's eaves. It features a slate roof that is hipped to the left. The facade includes three windows with glazing bar sashes, and there is a shop front on the ground floor to the left. To the right, there is an arched doorway with a modern door. A band runs over the ground floor, and there are three windows on the return side.
