Description

The Freeman memorial is a chest tomb located about 2 meters south of the Cox memorial in the churchyard of the Church of St. Mary in Tetbury. The earliest decipherable date on the tomb is 1806. It is made of limestone and features a flat top with a carved inscription and a tooled edge. The base has a moulded plinth, and the long sides are adorned with reeded corner strips and centre strips, with plain rectangular panels between them on all sides.
