Description
Latimer Farm is a detached farmhouse dating from the late 18th century. It is constructed from coursed, squared, and dressed limestone, topped with a stone slate roof. The building features an ashlar stack, a 20th-century artificial stone stack, and 20th-century brick stacks. The main structure is rectangular with a service extension on the right gable end. It stands two storeys high with an attic that is illuminated by a two-light roof dormer with glazing bars. The facade has four windows, mostly consisting of 16-pane sashes set within plain surrounds. There is a wide 18th-century six-panel door located off-centre to the left, with the upper panels glazed, situated within a plank-built gabled porch. A similar 19th-century door is located towards the right end of the building. The farmhouse has gable-end and axial stacks. The interior has not been inspected.
