Description

The summerhouse, located approximately 30 meters south-east of Brockhampton Park, dates from the late 19th to early 20th century. It is constructed from limestone rubble and ashlar blocks, topped with a stone slate roof. The building is two storeys high and features two 'Tudor'-arched openings that lead onto the terrace, although one of these openings is now blocked with a window. There is also a single similar archway from below the terrace. The summerhouse is capped with a pyramidal roof that includes a weathervane.
