Description
Malcolm House is a house located in the Batsford Estate, dating from the mid to late 18th century, with a 19th-century porch. It features an ashlar facade made of coursed squared and dressed limestone at the back. The roof is slate, and there are cement rendered brick stacks. The building has a square plan and stands three storeys tall. It has three windows, with 16-pane sash windows on the first floor and 12-pane side pivoting casements on the third floor. The windows have plain architraves, and there is a six-panelled door to the left of the central porch. Additionally, there are two axial stacks that rise from the ridges at right angles to the facade. The interior has not been inspected.
