Description
Nos. 17, 18, and 19 are three semi-detached estate houses built around 1870 for Harman Grisewood, located in Adlestrop, Daylesford. They are constructed from coursed squared and dressed limestone and sandstone, featuring ashlar quoins and a stone slate roof with ashlar stacks. The main body of the houses is rectangular, with a central gable that projects forward at the front. There is a lean-to porch attached to the left, along with projecting porches from both the left and right-hand walls of the main body. The houses are 1 and a half storeys tall and have 2 and 3-light metal casements, mostly with patterned glazing. All windows are topped with stopped hoods. The entrance features a 'Tudor'-arched porch, and each of the three porches contains a 19th-century plank door. The gable-end coping is roll-moulded with moulded kneelers. The interiors have not been inspected.
