Description

Cerney Wick Farmhouse is an early 18th-century farmhouse constructed of coursed rubble stone with alternating flush quoins. It has a stone slate roof, with concrete tiles on part of the rear wing, and brick and stone end stacks - the brick stack is on the left, and the stone stacks on the right, featuring an offset and moulded cornice. The building comprises a main range with a lower side range and a large rear wing divided into two sections.

The main block is two storeys and an attic, featuring two windows with 2-light chamfered stone mullions and a square hoodmould on the upper floor, and a 3-light window below. A 20th-century gabled porch with a half-glazed door and side lights stands centrally. Two small hipped dormers are present, each with low, wide paired casements. The rear elevation contains mostly 3-light stone mullion windows with square hoodmoulds.
