Description
Westfield Farmhouse and the attached farm buildings date from the early 19th century. The structures are built from limestone rubble, with a tile roof on the house and a stone slate roof on the farm buildings. They form a single block. The farmhouse is two stories high and has three bays, featuring a symmetrical design with a central gabled porch that includes a fanlight above the entrance. The windows are timber casements with segmental heads, and there are gable stacks. To the right of the farmhouse is a carthouse, which is now used as a garage and has a store above it. This area includes three segmental-headed cart entrances and a through passage adjacent to the house. Next to the carthouse is a two-story store that has external steps leading to a first-floor granary, along with two ground floor windows and a lean-to at the rear.
