Description
Manor House, located on the right side of Manor Farmhouse, is a former manor house that has been converted into a house and farmhouse, which are semi-detached. It dates from the 18th century, with 19th and 20th century extensions at the rear. The building is constructed of coursed squared and dressed limestone, topped with a 20th century concrete tile roof featuring limestone gable end coping and artificial stone stacks.
The structure has a rectangular main body with a parallel extension at the back of the farmhouse. There is a 20th century extension at the rear right of the house, along with a 19th century outshut that fills a gap on the left side. The building is two storeys high and has five windows; the windows are 12-pane sashes set within moulded stone architraves with bull-nosed sills. There are four steps leading up to a central 20th century glazed door, which is also framed by a moulded stone architrave and topped with a flat moulded hood. The farmhouse has its entrance on the side. The interiors have not been inspected.
