Description

The Laurel House is a detached house with an 'L' shaped plan, dating from the late 17th century to the early 18th century. It is constructed of coursed squared and dressed limestone, topped with a concrete tile roof and features a brick stack. The house has two storeys and a two-windowed facade, which is illuminated by two and three-light double-chamfered stone-mullioned casements that have stopped hoods and leaded panes. Access to the house is likely through the garden front, with what was probably a central front door that is now blocked. There is a stack on the right gable end. The interior has not been inspected.
