Description
Gable End is a semi-detached house located in Longborough Village, dating from the 18th century with some 20th-century alterations. The building is constructed from coursed squared and dressed limestone, with a brick chimney stack. It has a rectangular main body and features a flat-roofed extension at the rear, which is not of special interest. The house stands two storeys high with an attic, which is illuminated by two roof dormers with two lights each. The facade has three bays and two windows, featuring casements with two, three, and four lights. There is a four-light canted bay window on the lower left side. The front door, which is part-glazed, is located off-centre to the right, and there is a lean-to roof over the ground floor windows. The left gable end has a chimney stack. The interior has not been inspected.
