ASHLEY ASHLEY VILLAGE ST 99 SW 8/8 Stable and coach house, and adjoining granary over cartshed at North Farm GV II

Stable and coach house adjoining granary over cartshed. Late C18/early C19. Coursed and dressed stone, stone slate roof to street, concrete tiles on inner face, one small stone ridge stack. Long single range parallel to street, single storey with loft. Blind west wall along street elevation. East side has large segmental head coach arch to left with double doors, and three 3- light windows and one plank door to stable between windows 2 and 3, all with segmental heads. Stable to right has original wooden stall dividers with iron feeding racks and some of wooden manger. Loft door on south gable end. Flight of 9 stone steps up to plank loft door with cat hole. North gable end has double width cartshed entrance with timber lintel.
