Description

The K6 telephone kiosk in the center of Ashley village was designed in 1935 by Giles Gilbert Scott and is made of cast iron. It has a square shape with a shallow domed roof and features margin glazing bars on the sides and door. Above the four arched sides, there is a canopy dome, with each side having an unperforated crown over a glazed panel inscribed with the word "TELEPHONE." This kiosk is situated in a prominent heritage location within the village.
