Description

No. 6 Long Street is a house in a terrace that dates from the early 18th century. It has a rendered front with a parapet and a moulded wooden cornice that conceals two timber-framed sections, each topped with hipped tile roofs and featuring large stone cross ridge stacks. The front wall originally had a shallow jetty that did not extend beyond the current building line, and this is now supported by a 20th-century shop front. The building has three storeys and features two windows, which are 12-pane sashes with moulded wooden architraves.
