Description

College Farmhouse is a farmhouse that likely dates from the early to mid-18th century. It is constructed of rubble stone and features a stone slate roof, with two brick end stacks and one central stone ridge stack. The building is a single range, probably designed with a lobby entry, and includes a single storey with an attic. There are three gables, each adorned with two or three-light wood casement windows that have timber lintels. The ground floor has a central boarded door that is sheltered by a 19th-century gabled porch, along with four windows—two on each side—consisting of one sash window and the rest being two-light casements.
