Description
Willersey Stores and Walnut Tree Cottage are a pair of semi-detached houses located on Main Street in Willersey. The buildings date from the 18th century and are constructed of coursed and squared limestone, with Walnut Tree Cottage featuring ashlar limestone. Both houses have grey slate roofs with flat gable coping and are two stories tall with two windows each. The windows of Willersey Stores have segmental heads, and all windows in the facade are 16-pane sashes, with blind windows above their respective central front doors. Willersey Stores has a 20th-century part-glazed door, while Walnut Tree Cottage has an 18th-century six-panel door. There is also a district fire insurance plaque, which is painted over and located off centre to the right. The flat-roofed extension on Walnut Tree Cottage is not considered to be of listing quality.
