Description
The Dovecote at Willersey Manor is a 17th-century structure that has been converted into a store. It is built from coursed, squared, and dressed limestone, with concrete rendering on the left side and a brick gable end facing the road. The roof is made of limestone slate and features a square lantern with weatherboarding covering the openings. The building has a two-room plan and is two storeys high. A flight of steps leads up to the door on the first floor, located in the gable end facing the road, and there is a two-light, flat chamfered, stone mullioned window to the right. A projecting course of stones is situated approximately 1 meter above the window, and there is a single access light near the apex of the ridge. Inside, some of the original limestone pigeon holes remain.
