Description

The boundary stone is located on the former boundary between the parishes of Dowdeswell and Withington. It dates from the 18th or 19th century and is made of limestone. The stone stands approximately 0.4 meters tall and has a segmental head. On the side that used to face into Withington parish, there is a large incised 'D'.
