Description
The Circular Feeding Yard, located about 60 yards south-west of Paxford House, is likely from the mid to late 19th century. It features a circular enclosure with rubble walls that are 5 to 7 feet high. The entrance is from the east and is flanked by two quadrant stalls that have Cotswold stone roofs, with part of the roof tiled to the north and part covered with asbestos to the south. There are later sheds within the enclosure that are not included in this description. This building is a very picturesque agricultural structure, which was presumably once used as a milking yard. At the time of the last survey in 1982, it was noted to be in poor repair.
