Description

This is an early 17th-century chest tomb located in the churchyard approximately 14 meters south of the tower of the Church of St. Peter in Duntisbourne Abbots. It is made of limestone and has a long, narrow shape with plain ends and sides. The north side features very simple sans-serif lettering, which is now illegible. The tomb has a very thick top with a slightly convex chamfer and a chamfered base.
