Description

Leventon is a semi-detached house dating from the early 18th century. It is constructed of coursed rubble stone with alternating flush quoins and features a stone slate roof that has coved and moulded wood eaves cornice, along with coped gable ends. The house has a brick end stack on the right and brick and block end stacks on the left, as well as a rear brick stack.

The building is a single range with a rear catslide and a small rear gable, standing two storeys high with an attic. It has three windows on the front, which are 12-pane sashes set within moulded wood architraves and quoin surrounds. Below these are two similar windows, and in the centre, there is a door with six fielded panels, topped by a chamfered stone lintel and jambs. The central gabled dormer features twin 6-pane wooden casements, also with moulded wood architraves.
