Description
There are two unidentified chest tombs located in the churchyard of the Church of St. Peter, approximately 17 meters north of the door to the vestry. These tombs date from the 17th century and are made of limestone. The south tomb features a partially legible inscription at the west end, set within a panel that has a raised margin. It has a thick capping stone with a moulded margin. The tomb located about 5 meters to the north has sides divided into three blind, four-centred arches with carved spandrels. There is a slatestone panel inserted into the blind arch at the west end, along with a thick capping that has a moulded margin and a slightly convex upper surface.
