Shop with flat over. Late C18. Limestone ashlar to front, coursed squared limestone to rear; stone slate hipped parapeted roof to front, stone slate hipped and gabled roof to rear; rendered lateral stacks to rear left and front right; stone and brick right-end stack to rear. Building is wider to rear and rear facade to churchyard is at 2 angles. 3 storeys and attic; 3-window range. Three 6/6-pane sashes in plain reveals with stone cills to first floor; three 3/3-pane horned sashes in similar reveals to second floor. Ground floor has full-width shopfront, mid/late C19; two windows flanking recessed glazed door, pilaster strips to left and right, heavy carved console brackets flanking frieze and blind box in cornice position. 2 shallow-pitched gabled dormers with 2-light timber glazing-bar casements. Plat band over first floor; moulded stone eaves cornice, returned to right; coped parapet. Parapet to right side ramped up to stack. Moulded lead hopper head and short section of lead pipe under right return of eaves cornice. INTERIOR not inspected.
