Description
This small barn, likely built in the late 18th century, is located immediately north of Glebe Barn Farm. It is constructed from random coursed rubble stone and features a half-hipped stone slate roof. The barn has five bays and includes collar and tie beam trusses with queen post struts. On the north side, there is a hipped projecting cart entry positioned to the right of center, which has double timber doors and a timber lintel. To the left of the entry, there is an inserted floor. The east gable end and the north-east wall have slit vents. The south side has an opposed low-level entry, along with a near-catslide lean-to to the right that features a plank door and a timber lintel. Additionally, there is an inserted 20th-century opening located to the far right.
