Description

No 1 Bourton Road is a building dating from around 1840, part of the same development as the Old Bank on High Street. It features a front made of ashlar stone and has a low-pitched Welsh slate roof. The building has bands at each floor level and stands three storeys tall with three windows, which are sashes with glazing bars. The ground floor includes an elliptical carriage arch with a keystone, a round-headed doorway with a panelled door and fanlight, and two sash windows.
