Description

A pair of ornamental bronze fish is located at the top of the steps on the lower garden terrace behind Batsford Park. The date of the fish is unknown, but they were brought from China by Lord Redesdale in the late 19th century. The fish are curving and feature teeth, and they were possibly originally designed as finials.
